Snapshots, and occasional thoughts, from my random life. Mostly about the small New England town that I call home. Water is a prominent theme as we are surrounded by it. I would live no other way...the water part or the random part. Photos and words posted here are my creations except where otherwise indicated.
I’m taking a break from capturing life in Hull this week. One week to explore my favorite place on earth with a “different view”. Different lens anyway. “Gardening is the handiest excuse for being a philosopher. Nobody guesses, nobody accuses, nobody knows, but there you are, Plato in the peonies, Socrates force-growing his own hemlock. A man toting a sack of blood manure across his lawn is kin to Atlas letting the world spin easy on his shoulder.” ― Ray Bradbury, Dandelion Wine

I always thought seeing a robin was suppose to be one of the first signs of spring…then I noticed that they seem to hang around trying to survive all winter just like us. Wonder if this robin saw me walking down the street and thought, “oh look the humans are out walking around, the worst must be over!”.
